We had a great time last night with Soyna of Green Gal Catering as she set-up a very sweet & pretty dessert table
for a local school fundraiser.
We loved her use of mint green {color of the moment}, her AMAZING cake plate collection, and the overall
vintage feel she so effortlessly pulled off.
Sonya’s sweet offerings:
ditsy floral frosted chocolate cupcakes
butter cake cupcakes with a swiss meringue buttercream {delish… see recipe link below}
anisette, chocolate chip and classic short bread cookies
And… Sonya also set up a mini candy shop for even more nostalgic flare.
It was great to be behind the scenes with Sonya as she pulled together this magnificent sweet feast.
